Step 1:
Pre macOS Monterey Upgrade: Computer Backup, Inspection and Tuneup
Few Pre-Upgrade stages is required in order to validate and to prepare safely your Mac to the macOS Monterey upgrade
Validation: Confirm that the Mac meet with the macOS Monterey minimum hardware requirements
Full Backup: All your computers, devices, and storages will be considered as having a sensitive and confidential information and we will perform a full Mac backup service before accessing the computer to do any modifications such as cleanup, virus removal , updates or upgrades or any other system modifications
System Inspection: A basic Computer Hardware & Software inspection and HDD or SSD scan will be performed in order to detect any potential issues during the upgrade , issues such as , bad file-system, malfunction HDD or SSD, hardware, viruses and malware..and more
Pre-Upgrade system updates, cleanup and tuneup: This stage will include a basic system optimization and if needed also a macOS updates\upgrade to\with the latest versions
Step 2:
macOS Monterey Upgrade
SFCOMPY™ will inform you about the Step-1 results and the options that you have in case that some issue\s will be found, Based on the result and your decisions, SFCOMPY™ will upgrade the Mac to macOS Monterey
macOS Monterey Upgrade: In case that your Mac successfully passed all the Step-1 stages then a macOS Monterey Upgrade will be performed
Hardware Inspection failed at Step-1: SFCOMPY™ will provide you with a quote for advance inspection/repair and you will need to decide and to approve by email if to keep with the inspect\repair or not, No macOS Monterey upgrade will be performed until the your Mac Hardware issue will be solved
SSD inspection failed at Step-1: SFCOMPY™ will recommend you to install a fresh macOS Monterey on a new SSD(if has a removable SSD), SFCOMPY™ will provide you with a quote for the cost of a new SSD (based on the size, brand and type) and you will need to approve by email and to pay for the new SSD in advance
Step-1 SSD inspection passed but File-System test failed: In this case you will have two options before upgrading to macOS Monterey
Option 1: Wipe the SSD and install a fresh macOS Monterey You will need to decide and to approve by email to wipe the SSD, No macOS Monterey upgrade will be performed until your email approves
Option 2: Buy a new SSD((if has a removable SSD) Replace the SSD with a new SSD, then a fresh macOS Monterey will be installed on the new SSD. SFCOMPY™ will provide you with a quote for the cost of a new SSD (based on the size, brand and type) and you will need to approve by email and to pay for the new SSD in advance , No macOS Monterey upgrade will be performed until your email approve and payment for the new SSD will be made
Step 3:
Post macOS Monterey Upgrade: Inspections, Tuneup and Final-Setup
Based on the result of step-2 , SFCOMPY™ will provide you with the macOS Monterey upgrade result , in case that the macOS Monterey Upgrade failed SFCOMPY™ will revert to the previous latest macOS version, otherwise the following steps will be performed:
System Inspection: Full computer system Inspection to verify that all works as expected
macOS Monterey Update: Final security and other updates to the macOS Monterey
Software Updates: Check if your Mac third party software is compatible with the macOS Monterey and perform software updates if needed
Security level Upgrade: Basic upgrade to the security level , users, browsers…etc
System Cleanup & Tuneup: Final system cleanup, and tuneup will be made
Computer Backup: Before deliver the computer to you a final SSD Backup will performed to the Mac with the new macOS Monterey installation
DONE: Service completed , your computer runs now with macOS Monterey OS
